I called this company 3 weeks ago, with a promise of a callback... Never got that call back... Poor customer service, for sure.
Our furnace went out about 5 pm on a bitter cold day in January. By 7 pm, Standard plumbing and heating had it up and running! The igniter They had replaced for us in October had failed, so even though it was an after hours call, there was no charge!
